What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

2. In its original condition with tags attached
3. In its original packaging
4. Non-damaged
5. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (if applicable)

Yes, the following customized products cannot be returned:
1. Custom Printable T-shirts
2. Custom Mugs
3. Custom Cushions
Can I exchange an item?
If you need a different item, return your current item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash) within 3-5 business days.
